What are your Coating options?
Matte Coating means that your printed paper will have no coating at all. It will come with the rough surface of any standard card.
AQ - (Aqueous Coating) is a water based finish that helps protect and coat your job as it is being printed.
UV - (Ultraviolet Coating) is a clear liquid spread over the paper like ink and then cured instantly with ultraviolet light. UV coating gives more protection and sheen than the aqueous coating.
What is Perforation?
You can add a perforation line to you product, making it easy to tear off a coupon, gift certificate, save-the-date reminder, membership card, game card, admission ticket etc. All you have to do is tell us where you want it to be and leave the rest to us.
• Parallel Perforation Line: A single, straight line that will seperate your final printed piece into two vertical or horizontal sections
• L-Shaped Perforation Line: A single line in the sape of the letter "L" that can be placed near two edges of your printed place.
What is Scoring?
Scoring is the process of pressing a "channel" into a sheet of paper to allow it to fold more easily.
Scoring is important because it prevents the ink (and paper) from cracking at the edge of the fold.
What types of Folding you do?
We offer the options of Half-Fold, Tri-Fold, Z-Fold, Double Parallel and Right-Angle Half folding.
What is Binding?
Saddle-Stiched: Saddle-Stitched, commonly referred to as saddle stapled, is a binding that features one or more staples in the spine of the book or booklet. Saddle-Stitched (stapled) is one of the binding options for Graphopoly's booklets and catalogs.
Wire-O: binding technique that winds a circular double-wire strip through prepunched holes along the binding edge of the pages; also called spiral binding. Wire-o bound books lie flat when open and are useful for manuals, notebooks or booklets
